2. Treatment of new equipment: When the lubricating oil pipeline system is installed, the tube must be kept clean and clear, but this is not enough, the lubricating oil system of the unit should also be flushed with oil circulation, if the oil system is not clean and there is dirt in the tube, it will affect the normal operation of the unit and even burn the shaft tile, so it is flushed with oil circulation to provide protection for the long-term stable operation of the unit.
3. Long-term use of equipment treatment: Long-term use of equipment often produces some impurities, for which the equipment is generally flushed with flushing oil until the impurities contained in the oil reach the specified index, and the flushing oil after flushing should be discarded or used for other purposes. If you want to use these flushing oil, you must carry out the corresponding oil analysis and laboratory test, and the cleanliness reaches a certain standard before use, and it is required to strengthen the filtration and cut water and cut impurities before and during use.
