Product Description
Stamping oil is a high performance lubricant specially developed and designed for metal drawing, stamping, punching and shearing. It contains a wide range of special additives such as extreme pressure, fat, cooling and rust prevention. It can overcome all difficult processes and effectively prevent "dragging" and "pulling" of dies and workpieces. In addition, it has an anti-sintering function which reduces wear and improves the quality of production and mould life.
Product Features
★Includes extreme pressure additives to prevent 'dragging', 'scraping' and 'bursting', effectively reducing the scrap rate.
★Based on refined mineral oil and selected special additives.
★Effectively protects the punch bar (punch needle) and die, prolongs service life and reduces overall costs.
★Good processing performance for products with a relatively large amount of variation, such as hollow and semi-hollow rivets, etc.
Scope of application
Application in cold work metal forming, such as stretching, stamping, punching and shearing and heavy duty shearing. For punching, stamping and stretching forming processes of various thicknesses of stainless steel and low carbon steel plates, including stamping and stretching processes of different thicknesses and degrees of stretch.
