Suitable for bearing steel, industrial mould steel, large and medium-sized aviation structural steel and its steel vacuum furnace heating quenching; suitable for complex shape, surface hardness and brightness requirements of high quenching of alloy steel parts.
Performance characteristics
★Good brightness, easy to clean, after quenching the workpiece, the surface is bright, vacuum quenching oil loss less;
★Good thermal oxidation stability, long service life, no harmful substances to human body, environmental protection and health;
★Strong anti-cavitation ability, non-volatile, stable cooling capacity, under vacuum conditions, to ensure that the workpiece can be hardened;
★Low vapour pressure, small evaporation, does not pollute the chamber of the vacuum heat treatment furnace, and does not affect the vacuum operation effect.
