Product Description

Volatile anti-rust oil is made of specially selected volatile hydrocarbon compounds and a variety of anti-rust additives, which are carefully blended to give fast evaporation, good film formation and good anti-rust properties.

Performance characteristics

★Excellent resistance to heat and humidity and overlap, strong volatility; after the oil evaporates, the metal surface forms a thin soft oil film with transparency, good denseness, strong adhesion and good rust resistance, which maintains the original colour of the metal and effectively resists rusting.

★The product has good permeability and has a wide application area. It is able to penetrate into the slits which are difficult to be penetrated by general anti-rust oil.

★The oil film formed will not harden, peel and crack, and has good water replacement ability. Can effectively resist chemical erosion such as oxygen and water in large air.

★The product has good rust resistance and can meet the requirements of the rust sealing period of fluorine-free machine parts, and will not rust during the specified rust prevention period.

★Volatile anti-rust oil is transparent and clear in appearance, with good fluidity and easy to use.

★Simple operation, direct immersion can be done, the workpiece treated by this product is free of cleaning and can be directly assembled and used.

★Thin film formation, easy to clean, no lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium and other toxic and harmful substances through SGS testing.
