Product Description

Knitting machine oil is specially formulated for the lubrication of flat bed, circular knitting machines and sock knitting machines. It uses advanced foreign formulations and imported additives to provide better lubricity and washability. It is a new generation of lubricant for textile machines. It is suitable for the lubrication of needles, sinkers and triangular leaves on high-speed circular knitting machines and can flush the needle grooves to prevent scaling. It contains special anti-wear agents which create a solid oil film on the metal surface, greatly reducing the friction between the needle and the cylinder, making it easy to start the machine, balanced and quiet in operation, vibration-free and less noisy, reducing wear and tear and the chance of machine breakdown, saving a large number of parts (such as needles, triangles and sinkers), maintenance and electricity costs and extending the life of the loom. The machine is well adapted to high machine speeds and increases productivity.

2 TCK15E, 22E and 32E contain soluble additives which make it easy to wash away oil stains and do not affect the dyeing and lustre of the fabric.
